Privacy policy

This page explains what information loglog.ai (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit loglog.ai, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If you have a question, email exp@loglog.ai.

What we collect

  • How you use the site (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics 4 to see how people find and use the site: the pages you view, the site or campaign that brought you here, your device, browser and screen size, your approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address) and whether you click “Book a call” or our email address. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) to recognise repeat visits. If you accept cookies in the banner, Google may also use advertising cookies. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
  • Ads on X (the X pixel). We use X’s pixel to measure how our ads on X perform and to show our ads on X to people who visited the site. When a page loads, the pixel tells X which page was visited and when, along with your browser and device details and your IP address. X may set cookies for this and may link the visit to your X account if you are signed in.
  • Server logs (Cloudflare). The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Fonts (Google Fonts). Some of the site’s fonts load from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
  • When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes, and passes them to us so we can meet.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t ask for sensitive information.

Why we use it

  • To deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To measure and reach people with our ads on X.
  • To reply to you and hold the calls you book.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running, understanding and promoting the site, on your consent for Google’s advertising cookies, and, when you contact us, on taking the steps you ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site for us, each under its own terms: Google (privacy policy), X (privacy policy), Cloudflare (privacy policy), Cal.com (privacy policy) and our email provider. Some of them process data in the United States and elsewhere, under the transfer safeguards they offer, such as the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
  • X pixel data: as set out in X’s privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare logs: for the short periods Cloudflare needs to run and protect the site.
  • Emails and booking details: for as long as we are in touch and need them, then deleted.

Your choices

  • Accept or decline Google’s advertising cookies in the banner, and change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We keep your choice in your browser’s local storage and ask again after six months.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The site works without them.
  • Stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
  • Turn off personalised ads on X in your X settings, under Privacy and safety.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to get a copy of it, and to object to or limit how we use it. Email exp@loglog.ai and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
